Obituary
Julian was born in Troup County, Georgia on July 19, 1909. His parents were Milledge Leman (Lee) Sr. and Cynthia Maude (Birdsong) Thompson. Julian's grandparents were Andrew and Julia (Smedley) Thompson and Robert Franklin and Cynthia (Henderson) Birdsong. Julian was the brother of Helen Marie (Thompson) Talley, Robert Frank Thompson and Milledge Leman Thompson Jr.
Julian was Pastor of Bethany United Methodist Church in Fayette county Georgia, and one of the buildings on the property of the church is named in honor of Rev Thompson.
Reverend Thompson passed on December 9, 1989, and is buried in Bethany Cemetery, in Fayetteville, Georgia.
